This post will be short. I am sitting here crying. I have just opened the news and learned that the three boys who have been missing for 18 days have been found. I weep for these young boys whose lives have been cut short for no reason other than hatred. I grieve for their families and friends… precious sons will be seen no more. All of Israel grieves, and it seems odd. The heavy blanket of heat weighing down on Haifa has lifted. The night breeze cools the body, as hearts are wracked with grief.
How long O Lord, how long? Three families are weeping this night, and their grief is a fire that no cool breeze can calm. Please pray for them, for Israel, and yes, for our enemies. Pray for the true peace of Jerusalem.
